First Responder Spouse Community Meetings
For years we've offered a safe and welcoming space to all the spouse's of first responders in the 3FTL program. When we started the Home Team program, we knew it would include not just wives, but also husbands, boyfriends and girlfriends, and significant others. After much thought we decided to call you our Homies because everyone needs a Homie!
The Home Team program has proven to be highly impactful - just look at what some of the Homies are saying below. NOW we are excited to begin offering a session open to any and ALL first responder Homies.
Lead by Erika Anderson, a fire wife and the 3FTL Spouse Director, you will find a community where respect and laughter go together hand-in-hand. We believe everyone is welcome at the table and you deserve a community of other’s who actually understand what your life is like. We will have sessions led by counselors who work exclusively with first responder spouses, short workshops, guest speakers and much much more.
These meetings should only last about one hour so you’ll have time to get your face washed and your tired butt into bed early! PLEASE share this with others in your area, there is space for everyone at the 3FTL table.

Quotes from Homies on their experience:
“I love that I can be candid, open and honest without judgement. It helped me not feel so alone as a fire wife and mom. Y’all understand what I’m going through, you have my back and are rooting for me!”
“It’s like your favorite comfort item on your worst day. Gathering with your BFF but they 100% understand every aspect of what you’re going through because they are going through it too”
“The Home Team is the best group of friends that you didn’t even know you needed in your life but will suddenly look forward to talking to. You will laugh, cry, cry from laughing, sit with friends in their sad funk, and cheer them on in their victories. And all with zero judgement if you haven’t showered in a few days!”
“Home Team is being free to express yourself without judgement knowing someone has your back when you need to be held accountable”
