Mike Martin
Mike is the Campus Pastor at Hope Fellowship Church-Prosper and is a Public Safety Chaplain for the Prosper Police Department and Prosper Fire Rescue. Mike is a recovering alcoholic that has a heart to help first responders lead healthy, fulfilling lives. He is an advocate for providing medical, emotional and peer support counseling to first responders that are seeking health.
“Being a Public Safety Chaplain, I get to see what first responders face on a daily basis. They face death, destruction and disease on almost every shift. The emotional and psychological price they pay to be at their very best during someone’s worst day, is significant. Most people just don’t understand the price they pay. I didn’t understand it until I saw it up close. For me, thanking them for their service or describing them as heroes is not enough. I must do more. We all can do more for the men and women that protect us and save our lives. 3FTL is changing and saving the lives of first responders and I’m honored to be a part of their mission.”
