Case Management
Accountability is crucial; transformation in mental health takes time. As humans, we often desire rapid change, but this process unfolds gradually. Case management plays a pivotal role by ensuring accountability and guiding you consistently along your prescribed path. It coordinates every facet of your mental health journey—outpatient, inpatient, residential—and devises a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs. Serving as the liaison among all members of your treatment team, case management grants you complete access to both clinical and medical staff.
